Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it or lightly used and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at diankapours@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for creating a return shipping label. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Lost, Damaged & Stolen Packages
In order to qualify for a return on your order that is lost, damaged or stolen, you must purchase Shipping Protection at checkout.
A missing mail search will be initiated by Dianka Pours and the carrier to determine if the package is lost. If, in fact, the order is lost, a full refund will be issued to you.
Delayed Orders
Please place your order in a timely manner to account for any shipping delays. Please note, the holiday season shipping delays start early November and may cause most International orders to be delayed for 1-3 months. Delayed packages are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that take longer than the estimated delivery time to arrive are also non-refundable. You must receive your items and ship them back to receive a refund on your order. You are acknowledging this when you place your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unsuccessful Delivery
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to issues such as an incorrect address, unpaid duties, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, and is returned to Dianka Pours, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds, if requested, will be issued for the order amount excluding shipping fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom artwork, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
